At Dens in Dente we make every effort to provide you with the highest quality services and the most convenient financial options.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

    Bulk billing for all children who are eligible for Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) from January 2014

    Private Fees

    We provide 10% discount of all private fees quoted for the following patients:

    Children in primary and high schools whose parents hold valid health care card and pensioner concession cards*
    TAFE* college* and university* students
    Payment plans for major dental services only after prior written approval from treating dentist*
    Health care card* holders
    Pensioner*
    Senior Citizen aged 65 and older

    *Terms & Conditions applied: Proof of eligibility is required. No discounts given for oral health products, after-hours dental emergencies and on weekends & public holidays

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    We would really appreciate if at least 24 hours notice will be given for a broken appointment. Should you fail to keep your appointment or fail to give us sufficient notice three times then a cancellation fee and administrative fee will be charged.
