At Dens in Dente we make every effort to provide you with the highest quality services and the most convenient financial options.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We provide 10% discount of all private fees quoted for the following patients:

*Proof of eligibility is required. No discounts given for after hours dental emergencies and on weekends & public holidays

REWARD PROGRAM

Dens in Dente Rewards Program is designed to express our gratitude to you for joining our practice and becoming one of our valued patients, and for referring other patients to our practice.

When you refer your family, friends and colleagues to us, both you and your referral will receive 5-10% off your next dental service as a thank-you reward.

Terms and Conditions

  • This is a once-off reward discount. For existing patients, please give us the name of the new patient you referred to us. For new patients, please give us the name of the person who referred you to us. Names provided must match with our current database.
  • 10% Thank You Reward discount on minor dental services: fillings, simple tooth removals, fissure sealants, mouth-guard, night splints, teeth whitening
  • 5% Thank You Reward discount on major dental services: dentures, crowns and bridgeworks, anti-snoring device, cosmetic veneers, dental implants, root canal therapy, minor oral surgery, orthodontics, Invisalign
  • Reward applies to only one dental service and cannot be applied to examinations, consults, X-rays, patients with CDBS, dental vouchers and White/Gold DVA cards, home care visits and call-out emergencies to aged care facilities, and in conjunction with other discounts or offers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We would really appreciate if at least 24 hours notice will be given for a broken appointment. Should you fail to keep your appointment or fail to give us sufficient notice three times then a cancellation fee and administrative fee will be charged.
